The instant we receive your order our engineering department will evaluate the project and liaise with one aim, formulate the ultimate solution. Taking around 5 – 7 days for the mould design, our project managers send the general assembly drawings to you for your approval before we manufacture.
Our mould design department is fully computerised, we have 22 designers who each have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tool modeling. The majority of formats can be handled including IGES, STEP, X_T,CATIA, Auto CAD, DWG, DXF and STL. Our design engineering and mould making software includes:
