Shenzhen Ju Peng Yuan Mould Co., Ltd(JPY Mould) was established in 2012, it is located in base town of mould manufacture- No. 85,Yongfu Road, Fu Bridge Industrial Zone, Fuyong Town, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China, where only takes 15 minutes from Shenzhen International Airport and 90 minutes from Guangzhou International Airport.
As a private enterprise and reply on persistent superior quality and punctual delivery, JPY has been recognized as one top of the most excellent mould manufacturers integrating mould design, mold construction, injection molding, product assembly into one-stop service.
With covering area of 4800 square meters, JPY already has 85 employees (17 engineers), and tooling workshop equipped with imported highly precision tooling machines from Switzerland, Japan and Korea, high speed CNC, Charmille Mirror EDM, Sodick wire cutting, and CMM inspection machines.
In engineering department, they equip with the most advanced software such as UG, CATIA, and Mouldflow for design, analysis and manufacturing. 30% of engineers with rich experience of design mould and build mould construction. They are very familiar with tier 1/ tier 2 automotive mould standards.
JPY annually exports 180-200sets of mould range from precision, medium to large size. Most Moulds exports to Japan, India, Germany, France, Czech Republic, USA, Canada, Brazil etc.
